Paragliding vs Parasailing: Which Antalya Kemer Flight Is for You?

14.07.2026

Tahtalı paragliding or Kemer parasailing? We compare Antalya's two iconic flight experiences side by side.

"Should I do paragliding or parasailing?" — one of Antalya's most common questions. The names are similar, but the experience, location and technique are entirely different. Here is a side-by-side comparison so you can pick the right Antalya flight for you.

Comparison Table

Which Is Safer?

Both are safe with certified operators. Parasailing has easier risk control because the sea is right beneath. Paragliding is more weather-dependent on the mountain and may be cancelled by wind.

Which Is More Thrilling?

Adrenaline lovers will find paragliding closer to true flight. Families, couples and first-timers prefer parasailing for its calm, controlled flow. Many of our guests do both in one Antalya holiday — morning Tahtalı flight, afternoon parasailing in Kemer.

Price Comparison (2026)

  • Tahtalı paragliding — 80-120 €, video pack +30-50 €
  • Kemer parasailing — single 35-50 €, double 60-80 €, triple 90-110 €

Season & Logistics

Tahtalı paragliding season: April-November. Reach the peak by cable car or operator shuttle. Parasailing season: May-October; you board directly from our beach centre. Book parasailing here.

Our Recommendation

Staying in Antalya for 3+ days? Do both. One day for the "mountain-to-sea" paragliding view, another for the "sea-up Mediterranean panorama" parasailing. Two utterly different photo albums.
