Moonlight, Olympos, Çıralı, Adrasan — we compare the best beaches around Kemer. Who each beach suits and how to get there.
Kemer and its surroundings offer the most varied beaches of the Antalya coast. In this guide we have collected 8 must-see beaches around Kemer — for each one we describe who it suits, how to reach it, and the best season to go.
1. Moonlight Beach (Kemer Centre)
Kemer's most famous beach. Blue Flag certified, set in a small cove with a full beach club. Sun beds, showers, cabins, cafés, bars. Watersport operators are here. Family-friendly; great with kids. Paid parking.
2. Çıralı Beach (35 km from Kemer)
A 4 km sand-and-pebble beach with almost no construction. A protected sea turtle (caretta caretta) nesting site, so building is forbidden. Beautifully romantic in the evening. The natural wonder Yanartaş (Chimaera) is a short hike away.
3. Olympos Beach (40 km)
You walk through the ancient Olympos ruins to reach the beach. Hippie atmosphere, treehouse camps. Perfect for backpackers, not for five-star tastes.
4. Phaselis Beach (15 km)
Three beaches among ancient ruins — unique. Shallow north harbour for kids, deeper south harbour for snorkelling. See our Phaselis guide.
5. Adrasan Beach (60 km)
A 2 km cove surrounded by mountains. Calm waters — safest for kids and beginner swimmers. Famous fish restaurants line the shore.
6. Beldibi Beach (13 km toward Antalya)
Pebbly beach away from city hotels — quiet, never crowded. Several beach clubs.
7. Kemer Adabükü Cove
Boat-access only. The favourite anchor stop on Blue Cave tours. Clearest water for snorkelling.
8. Kuzdere Beach
Free public beach used by locals. No loungers, but free access.
